Group Prices - Minimum 6 Travelers - Maximum 10 Travelers

Single Occupancy - $2,800 p/person
Double Occupancy - $1,900 p/person
Triple Occupancy - $1,800 p/person

Tour Prices include the following:

All airport transfers via air-conditioned vehicle
All scheduled activities and minibus transports
11 Nights accommodations and luggage handling
All experienced surfers will have at least one
Tour Guide in the water with your group
All activity classes to include: Surfing, Yoga, Pilates,
Traditional Dance, Jungle Jogs, Trekking, and Weaving
One 50 min. massage in Bobby's G-Land Surf Resort
11 Breakfasts
5 lunches at Bobby's G-Land Surf Resort
1 lunch at Kuta Beach Saturday Day 10
5 dinners at Bobby's G-Land Surf Resort
2 dinners at excellent local Seafood Restaurants
(vegetarian requests too) Thursday Day 2 and Friday Day 3
All vehicles are air-conditioned with bi-lingual guide,
English and Indonesian bi-lingual guides will accompany you
on the ferry crossing
Speedboat transfers from Grajagan Fishing Village to
Bobby's G-Land Surf Resort and return to Kuta Beach
Towels and soaps will be provided at all accommodations
Complimentary T-Shirt

Tour doesn't include:

International Airfare

Personal items laundry service
Travel or Tour Insurance (see the brochure in your registration pack)
Alcoholic or special beverages
Gratuities to drivers, guides, etc.

Payment Policy and Refunds:

Deposit of $200.00 is due no later than March 31, 2007 to confirm space.
Cancellations prior to March 31, 2007
- your deposit will be refunded LESS $25.00 service fee
50% of the total amount due June 1, 2007
100% of the total amount due July 1, 2007

REFUNDS:
50% of total amount paid refundable up until mid-night of August 1, 2007
No refunds after August 1, 2007
All refunds requested after mid-night August 1, 2007
will need to be requested through your travel insurance company

September 26 thru October 7, 2007
Candice Crews, Ultimate Horizons Tours, Body by Candice LLC, Travel Company and Bobby's G-Land Surf Resort reserve the right to deviate from the set itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. In this event, the best possible alternative will be offered and a proportional refund made if possible..
